Fundraising
Without funds the branch cannot survive. If you are interested in helping or organising a fundraising activity, please email your name and telephone number to: enquiries@RSPCA-CheshireSouthWest.co.uk.
Home visiting
Before we rehome our animals we visit prospective adopters to ensure they are fully aware of the needs of that animal and the responsibility they are taking on. Home visitors must be skilful at dealing with members of the public and will have to attend an RSPCA training session. These are usually held at Stapeley Grange Wildlife Centre & Cattery. Interested? Please email your name and telephone number to: enquiries@RSPCA-CheshireSouthWest.co.uk.
Volunteer Coordinator Required
A 'part-time voluntary position' has arisen for a Volunteer Coordinator. The volunteer will be provided with a mobile phone paid for by the branch, in order to make contact with new and or existing volunteers from home. The position is required to respond to enquiries from potential volunteers and to provide these volunteers with information on a range of different activities that they might be interested in doing. The role would also include discussing these activities with the people interested in volunteering and then helping them decide which activity/activities they feel they would be interested in getting involved in. You would then pass on their details to the appropriate volunteer for that activity. Interested? Please email enquiries@RSPCA-CheshireSouthWest.co.uk.
Volunteer Home Visitors Required
Before we rehome our animals we visit prospective adopters to ensure they are fully aware of the needs of that animal and the responsibility they are taking on. The role also includes visiting the homes of potential adopters and answering any questions they might have about the animal they wish to adopt. Having previous knowledge of caring for dogs, cats and other animals will be a distinct advantage. And being able to pass your knowledge on to members of the public in a constructive manner would be a great asset. Home visitors are currently required in the Winsford, Crewe, Middlewich and Nantwich areas; own transport is essential. All training is provided, usually taking place at Stapeley Grange Wildlife Centre & Cattery. Also, all paperwork and leaflets are provided to help you with your visits.
So whether you are retired or just looking to fill a few hours each week during or after work, in aid of a good cause, please apply by calling 07817 360497 or e-mail: enquiries@RSPCA-CheshireSouthWest.co.uk.
Volunteer Dog Walkers and Dog Transporters Required
Kennels are located in the village of Hankelow just outside of Nantwich. So ideally you will be living in close proximity to limit your travelling distance. For dog walkers, all training is provided. For dog transportation, ideally you will have access to a dog guard for your car although this is not a necessity. Transportation is required during normal working hours (9am-5pm, Mon to Fri).
If you are interested, please contact 07817 360497 or e-mail: enquiries@RSPCA-CheshireSouthWest.co.uk.

Payroll giving
Does your employer have a payroll giving facility? If so, you can receive tax relief on your donations which will be deducted from your pay. Please speak with your payroll section about this option. You must specifiy that the beneficiary should be RSPCA CHESHIRE SOUTH WEST BRANCH if you wish the money to come direct to us. Further information please email your name and telephone number to: enquiries@RSPCA-CheshireSouthWest.co.uk.

Our branch is very thankful to those people who have remembered us in their Will. For this branch to receive a bequest you must clearly state the beneficiary as the RSPCA CHESHIRE SOUTH WEST BRANCH.
